Founded in 1948 by A.J. and Flora Torrano, Torrano Properties has grown from a family business into a multigenerational real estate company with deep roots in San Francisco. What began with the vision and hard work of A.J. and Flora was carried forward by their sons, Tony and Joe, who continued to build the family’s real estate holdings and strengthen its reputation for personal service and long-term ownership. Today, the third generation carries that tradition forward, continuing a family legacy that spans more than 75 years.
